Sandblast hose is one of common conveying pipes. Shandong Hesper’s sandblast rubber hose except can be used to convey water and oil, also can convey mortar, concrete, etc.

●Inner rubber layer: Natural rubber, butadiene rubber and other compound rubbers are used as the main raw materials, with special reinforcing agents added.
●Reinforcement layer: High-quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fiber cloth (cord) is used as the reinforcement layer, providing excellent flexibility and strong bearing capacity.
●Outer rubber layer: Natural rubber and composite rubber are utilized for wear resistance, anti-oxidation, and long service life.
Note: Rubber hoses with a diameter below or equal to 51mm are typically called sandblast rubber hoses. For diameters above 51mm, they are referred to as wear resistant rubber hoses.
